Business Controller to Quintus Technologies, Västerås

In this role, you’ll work closely with management teams across several departments, as well as with top management, providing strategic insights that directly influence key decisions. You’ll take the lead on analysing financials, guiding managers, and driving projects that improve profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Support and guide managers across departments, driving performance and business alignment.
• Lead financial analysis, reporting, and business development projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, recommending innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Who you are
You are far more than just numbers - you have a natural ability to connect with people, building trust and fostering meaningful collaboration that drives success across the organization. Your interpersonal skills, combined with your financial expertise, make you a key partner in shaping both team dynamics and business outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you should have a higher education degree in economics or a related field, several years of experience in controller work, and preferably experience from working within an industrial setting. For this position, proficiency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) is a must. You know how to navigate complex environments, always keeping an eye on the big picture while managing the details that make the difference.
